Getting Support For GdPicture.NET
Service Level Agreement
Each license of GdPicture.NET (commercial or trial) entitles a specific umber of developers to be in touch with our team through our helpdesk to get priority support.
Using our helpdesk requires that you have an active service level agreement (SLA) support plan.
SLA Activation
Activating the SLA plan is an automatic process.
If you are using GdPicture.NET for evaluation purpose, you will obtain a 30 days SLA plan when you request a 30 days evaluation key (see: Installing And Activating GdPicture.NET "Getting 30 days trial license with priority support plan").
If you own a commercial license,the SLA will be activated at the moment you click the "Register Key" button of the license Manager application (see: Installing And Activating GdPicture.NET "Activating the GdPicture.NET Copy").
